It has been confirmed that Studio ADI (Amalgamated Dynamics Inc.) will be providing the Predator Creature Effects for Shane Black's The Predator! This news was confirmed moments ago on Twitter by ADI co-founder Alec Gillis, who along with Tom Woodruff Jr. have worked previously on 2004's Alien vs. Predator as well as 2007's Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.
Thankfully, Amalgamated Dynamics is no stranger to the world of Alien and Predator.
With cameras set to roll as early on October 17th in Vancouver, Shane Black's The Predator is currently slated for a February 9th, 2018 release date. Arnold Schwarzenegger's involvement remains unknown, along with any concrete casting decisions.
