Prime 1 Studio have officially announced that their Premium Masterline Predator Killer collectible has been canceled along with all pre-orders for it! The manufacturer attributes the cancelation due to increased labor costs paired with an insufficient demand for the piece. Anyone who had placed a pre-order will receive a full refund and anyone who used their Reward Points will get those back as well, plus a $20 value of points (2,000) as additional compensation.

The Predator Killer was a controversial piece of armor gifted to Humanity by the Fugitive Predator at the end of Shane Black's THE PREDATOR, as a means of combating the genetically altered Predators he was fleeing from. Given that the 2018 Predator film will likely never see a sequel, the armor is rendered fairly useless. Fans were put off by its over-the-top design as it was already. If pre-order sales are any indication to go by, it's apparent this collectible is not one many wished to add to their collection. That said however, it is unfortunate for anyone who was hoping to have one.
