The official movie release date for Dan Trachtenberg's next Predator movie titled Badlands has been announced! Disney and 20th Century Studios will be releasing Badlands in theaters on November 7th, 2025! This release date was originally intended for Marvel's new Blade movie, but that film has been removed and replaced by the next Predator film.

As Deadline reports:
In what comes as no surprise, Marvel Studios’ Blade won’t be coming out on Nov. 7, 2025, rather Disney is opening 20th Century Studios’ Predator: Badlands.
Predator: Badlands concluded filming quietly, with very little about the film's plot leaking out. However what we do know so far is that the film will center on two sisters, both played by Elle Fanning. A casting call for the film roughly outlined the plot with this description:

A groundbreaking film in which one of the two main storylines delves into the intricate bond of two very different sisters, their familial ties are put to the ultimate test as they pursue divergent paths and missions.
More recently, set photos leaked online revealing a partial look at the Predator costume, but not much else. Predator: Badlands is intended to act as another stand alone Predator film, with no notable ties or connections to Dan Trachtenberg's previous entry Prey, or any other Predator films, however as new plot information becomes available that understanding may change.
