Who is the other Predator in the Badlands teaser trailer?

The Predator: Badlands teaser trailer showed us another Predator battling Dek. Sporting white dreadlocks and a uniquely advanced set of armor, this new Yautja looks massive and is clearly an elder of some sort. We theorize this antagonist Yautja in Badlands is actually a live action adaptation of the NECA Clan Leader figure! The mask design, dreadlocks, weaponry and stature are very similar to the figures:

The Clan Leader held the highest position in Yautja society according to extended universe lore. While never adapted on film before, this may be the first time a Predator ranking higher than an Elder may finally be recognized!

While this remains just a theory, we know Dan Trachtenberg did say Badlands would incorporate a lot of expanded Predator lore, incorporating concepts from novels, comic books, games and figures.
