Sorry IgnorantGuy, but the first image in the OP is definitely of Billy (portrayed by the late Sonny Landham) and is from a scene that was cut from the VHS release of Predator in the UK, but later reinstated into the special edition version of the movie (available on DVD and Blu-Ray).
Preceding the montage scene that shows the Predator examining its trophies and Dutch preparing for the final showdown the above image is part of the extra footage that shows that the skull the Predator adds to his collection before hearing Dutches warcry is that of Billy.
Shown in the clip below - Billy's body is slammed against a tree (as in the pic), before the Predator pulls out his spinal column and skull, roaring in celebration.
In the special edition release of the movie, this scene is cut to infer that the Predator adds Billy's skull to his collection (presumably including those of Blaine and Hawkins, among others).
And as others have already stated Anna not only appears in the Helicopter alongside the General and the helicopter pilot (Kevin Peter Hall out of the Predator suit), but she can also be seen in on a monitor in the OWLF trailer in Predator 2.
Xenotaris Also look she/he also seems wearing her beige shirt not being bare chested (the chest is more sand color than the face). The blood pattern is as in Hawkins killing scene. In the movie the body of Billy is never shown and the picture the character is standing upright, not on the fallen truck on which Billy stands.
That is Anna (bloodied but alive).
could still be Billy at a different angle and lighting, hence why the eyes look a little darker.
That is Anna right after the Predator stabs and runs off with Hawkins' body. His blood sprouts on her face and if I recall correctly we never see Billy's and the eyes seem to be of different color.
plus anna makes an appearance in Pred2.
i agree it is a valid question. surely the team wouldn't give away the location of their extraction point to her so I think shes either just ran in a straight-ish direction to which the team was going anyway or she maybe has some knowledge of the local area and has taken an educated guess as where the best place to land a choppa would be.
I was going to show a bizarre music video that is pretty strange- so strange it looks comical- to me. However, I thought twice and felt some around here might not find it very amusing. I decided to blank it out. Sorry for any convenience.
The music has a lot of old school punk/harcore sound and even a Primus vibe on one song in a sideways kind of way.
Agree that it is Billy and thanks for the input. That said, how did Anna get on the choppa? It would have had to land to pick her up fairly far away and then lift off again to get Dutch. It almost looked like she just materialized in the choppa when the Predator bomb detonated. It is nit picky and maybe there was a scene cut, but that's how it looked.
u saying Sonny looks a bit 'feminine'?? lol I wouldn't say that to hi face lol. its def Billy. as Keyes states to Harrigan in Pred2, '1 of his kind stalked and elimanted an elite squad, there were 2 survivors'.
maybe it is a purely scenographic choice, not everything must always have a meaning that corresponds to our questions, or that must answer our questions.
I don't know, this seems like Fox saw the success of DeadPool and said let's make it with predators (and without the funny man). But, by judging the trailer this definitely was more expensive than Predators, and they expect only a same-ish opening week-end?
Interesting after watching the last full trailer which had a lot of comedic smack talk and hip hoppy type music.
I jumped in the YT pool and an alledged test audience member said it is actually more action/comedy than thriller. I hope it is a lying keyboard warrior.
I read this was going to be pretty scary, but this trailer really amps up the action/humor aspect. Still, this is looking really good.

Always appeared to be Billy to me, after Jungle Pred stripped him including the head band.

Ha ha funny you should mention that i did have a Halloween costume idea before, were i was thinking of Dressing in Drag as a Female Predator... and when people ask... WHAT HAVE YOU COME AS.... i would be a Sexual Predator i was also thinking of One of those Green Morph Suits, and make some stuff up that is similar shape to the Armour and Weapons but no Details, as i was going to Spray it all Green, and a Cheap Predator Mask etc.. so when people ask what i am doing... i would be like "oh i am a CLOAKED Predator, and it will look great on Video once the Special Effects are added"
But on a Serious Note i do think IF they introduced us to a Female Predator i could see them playing to a Feminine/Sexual side to it, to cause some Distraction. By that i think we would see a Actress who has a Muscular Body, yet a very Feminine Hour Glass Figure, so that they stand out compared to their Male Counterparts.
And as i have said on other Post... looking at the Male Predators LACK of Nipples, i would assume a Female would have NONE too and thus NO BREASTS and they would be more in common with a Reptile/Amphibian and so any hopes for some of seeing Busty Predator Females, would likely be disappointed, as i would expect them to appear like the MALE versions only more Slender, and maybe retain some Feminine Characteristics like Hips/Buttocks so indeed like some of the Models, Art out there but as far as the Chest Area.. i would expect it to be the same as the Males, and i would even ponder if the Predators Lay Eggs or Multiple Small Young that are Smaller than a Human Fetus, and these must Survive a certain stage on their own as a RIGHT OF PASSAGE
Its like i said before i dont think the Predator Franchise has as big a Negative Buzz about it, i dont think the AVP Franchise Damaged the Predator Franchise as much as it did the ALIEN one, by that Damage to the Xenomorph compared to the Predators. The Predator Franchise has mainly been just about these Space Hunters.... where as the Alien Franchise as also about Ripley etc.
I dont know how much the Budget was but i do expect the Predator to hit past $200M and i would assume that would be considered a Success. If the Budget is sub $70M Mark.
I dont think it has as big a BUZZ as Prometheus did when it hit the Box Office as a lot of folk would have seen that as Ridley Scotts return to the Alien Universe and i feel that contributed to a lot of interest to make it $400M
But i think Predator Fans are going to be more interested in this Direction of the next Movie, after the 2010 Predators, than i would say Alien Fans would be after Alien Covenant.
So what i am trying to say is i can see more Good Reason for Predator Fans to be Optimistic for this movie and Predators made just over 3X its Money back and i do think The Predator would Perform similar...
It does look like this Movie will have its share of Action, its also nice to know this TV Spot would conclude the Predator Ship was not brought down/crashed due to the Kid Crashing the Signal Device into those Toy Bricks etc.

Yeah, we are trying to keep coverage of The Predator positive, because the movies receiving enough negativity elsewhere (also why I've not covered any news on it in a while), the truth is this movie is facing an uphill struggle to make the money it needs to at the box office. We all hope the negativity is wrong but experience tells us to expect the worse. Either way, we'll find out when the first reviews and weekend figures come in in two weeks time.

I have observed a generally positive vibe from the forum. As far as being a major blockbuster- I hope it, but I have doubts just because these movies don't seem to have mass appeal. That does not mean it will not break even. I cannot shake the feeling that this will be pretty damn good.
Let's be honest here,
So far the build-up to this movie's release has been plagued with justified negativity from the fanbase and an evident lack of faith from the studio (reshoots, entire narratives and characters dropped, remaining narrative recycled from previous installments, delayed marketing), add the public perception of this movie, which is best summed up in one word - "meh" and then ask if we can honestly expect this movie to hit the magic $300 million marker in box office earnings.
Movies like this, Solo, RoboCop (2014), Terminator: Genisys, Ghostbusters (reboot), The Mummy, Justice league etc. should never have been green-lit. When are studios going to learn that behind every good movie is a good story, a good script - studios need to stop throwing money at franchises and give them the due care and attention.
